Beautiful one bedroom separate suite

This apartment is in a gated community in Summerlin in the NW valley. It is a quick 20 minute drive from the airport. Almost all of the travel is on the I215. Rarely, if ever, do we have traffic congestion on our freeway system. The home is brand new. I moved here in June of 2022. The apartment has a kitchen area with a full size stove and refrigerator as well as microwave. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is an attached one car garage should you have a car or motorcycle while you are here. It is totally furnished. It has a 65 inch TV in the living room area, WIFI, and has its own air conditioning and heating controls. I am the only person living in the main home and the area backs up to Red Rock Canyon so it is quiet and peaceful if you need to sleep during the day. Cleaning can be provided if needed.
