Three minutes from I-71, less than 15 minutes to Cleveland Hopkins, 8.7 miles. No cleaning fee, just clean up after yourself. Very nice balcony. Tall pine tree view. Free coffee 24/7 in community room adjacent to lobby. Elevator, gorgeous lobby, stunning apartment. Everything you need within walking distance including many restaurants, a mall, and healthcare. There is a Cleveland Clinic express care a half mile away. Free uncovered parking space. I will move recliner, desk and instruments out of your room to make room for your twin or full bed that you will purchase. The room is approximately 8' x 7'. Remember the living room, kitchen, breakfast area, and balcony are yours too. :)
There is a chest of drawers, large flat screen, and private closet in your private bedroom. You will provide your own bedding, towels and toiletries. Must be 55 years of age as required by Clover Management Group. Management requires you sign a 12 month lease for $800. I live in the apartment so both our names will be on the lease. I pay the other $800. I have lived here just over 4 years, I am 61, and the building is only six years old. Management requires the 50/50 split. No overnight guests. Your own private closet. Ironing board, washer and dryer. All utilities, cable and wifi included. Fitness center, hair salon/barber shop, vending machine on-site. There is a Cleveland based drycleaning service that picks up and delivers, if you set up an account. You need not leave your drycleaning unattended as I will take care of it while you are gone sending off and returning. Male or female, at least 55 years of age, pilot or flight attendant. No smoking in or on the property. Management company will subject you to a background and financial check.
