I have some space available in my home.

The room, located on the third floor, is approximately (16 x 16) and furnished (double bed, two dressers, TV, desk with chair and a lounge chair). The third floor space comes with a shared kitchen and bathroom.

The space has wooden floors, two windows (large bay window), ceiling fan, closet with lot of storage space and is very quiet. The room includes digital cable with HBO, Cinemax, Starz, Showtime & high speed wireless and wired internet.

The house is over 100 years old and very well maintained. It has large windows, high ceilings and sits in a quiet, wooded setting. You will have full use of the kitchen, laundry room, a piano, front porch, yard and a very large living room with a TV and pool table. Private off street parking is available in rear of house.

The Victorian house (over 5500 sq. ft. of space), is located in the historic Overbrook Farms section of Philadelphia. The house is one and a half blocks from the Overbrook train station (SEPTA R-5 line known as the Paoli local) one stop to center city and a short ride the other way to Merion, Ardmore, Bryn Mawr, Haverford and Villanova. The bus stop is just down the street by City Line Avenue (Route 1). It's a very convenient location for getting to work and to all other places - LA Fitness, Acme, Gas stations, Olive Garden, Starbucks and Target. Five minutes by car to the Schuylkill Expressway (Route 76) and to the fun town of Manayunk. It takes about 10 minutes by train or car to get into center city.

The rent is $850.00 and includes all utilities (such as gas, electric (heat & central air) and water.) plus digital cable with HBO, Cinemax, Starz, Showtime & high speed wireless and wired internet. I do require security rent of $850.00 to be paid at time you take the room as well as the first month's rent (therefore, move in cost is $1,700.00) Month to month with a 30 day notice - no pets.
