Currently, we’re offering cold beds. Wi-Fi and utilities are included, and 1 set of clean linen provided upon move in.

The Plush Pad offers both double and quad room occupancy and is 12-15 minutes away from IAD.

The double room will contain 2 single beds for those that would like a little more privacy with a shared bathroom. The quad room will contain 2 sets of bunk beds allowing 4 people in each room with a shared bathroom. The house overall is a co-ed space. There is a half bathroom available to everyone on the main floor.

A bunk bed in the quad room is $350.
A Single bed in a double room is $450.
There is a $100 deposit that will be returned, given a 30-day notice and no damage.

Street parking is available throughout the housing neighborhood.
