This crashpad has utilities included and has a crew car. You are welcome to bring your vehicle. There are three shared rooms (two twin xl beds per room) and three private rooms. Shared rooms are $350/mo while the private rooms are $700 (twin xl), $750 (queen), and $850 (king, private bathroom) per month. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit, I get a lot of people coming and going, so this keeps it simple. This helps with some of the minor wear and tear. I plan to expand in the future to meet the needs of more crew. I plan to have two buildings with three units right next to each other that are dedicated crew accommodations. With your help through renting, I plan to make the best crashpad experience Cincinnati has to offer.
