Home away from home - $60nt or $800 mo

This 3-bedroom home is in a quiet neighborhood close to Redondo Beach. I am located 7 miles to LAX and 19 miles to LGB. I have a flexible schedule and often work late. You are welcome to park in the driveway and keep your personal effects in both the bathroom and bedroom closet is you rent by the month. There is an exercise bike and elliptical for your use in the garage along with the washer, dryer, and extra refrigerator. The bedroom has a TV and a fan. The backyard is awesome and has a great patio and firepit area. You are welcome to keep your car here for long periods and bring a bike if you like riding along the beach strand. Please feel free to email me with any questions. I am charging $60 per night or $800 per month for up to 16 nights. 17-20 nights is $900. 21+ $1000. All are negotiable based on your needs.
