- backyard available with patio to use weather permitting.

House Rules & Policies Below:
○ No loud music, no smoking no overnight guests without getting the okay from the property manager as well as the other occupants of the pad
○ no parties allowed no drugs
○ please clean up after yourself be mindful of your fellow peers who has to use the area after you
○ if something needs maintenance please notify the property manager immediately so the situation can be addressed
○ Payments are due on the 1st of each month
○ Do not give your door code to anyone
○ Turn off heat/ac and electronics when leaving
