Can house 6 occupants total, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

House Rules & Policies Below:
- No loud music, no smoking no overnight guests without getting the okay from the property manager as well as the other occupants of the pad
- no parties allowed no drugs
- please clean up after yourself be mindful of your fellow peers who has to use the area after you
- if something needs maintenance please notify the property manager immediately so the sitiaution can be addressed
- Payments are due on the 1st of each month
- Do not give your door code to anyone
- Turn off heat/ac and electronics when leaving
