Must love big sweet dogs-Big furnished room - Oceanside w/ pool -

Big bedroom w newer floors , full bed plus dresser and walk in closet. Bathroom is shared with another lady and double sinks and sep shower . We have big sweet dogs and a couple Siamese kitties so no room for more but enjoy ours. Large 5 bed house with plenty of privacy and a fabulous big backyard with hot tub & pool. Everyday is like a vacation. Prefer a solo person and not overnight guests etc. 55 min to San Diego and over an hour to John Wayne. 7 miles to the beach and close to the 76 and college.
