💕ENTIRE HOME RENT $2600/month. First and last month required.

💕 Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 1st at 11:59pm est will incur a $90 late fee due immediately.

*$200 refundable security deposit required by all. Deposit forfeited for not: (1) Moving out notice 30 days out and by 12 noon day of confirmed move out. (2) disposing of all inside garbage on patio, cleaning involves sweeping and mopping so to leave the place just as you found it or better. (3) removing any and all personal items including groceries,
cleaning and washing prior to move-out. (4) Two or more violations on same issue. (5) Late rent.

💯 No prorating once signed on. No real estate agents, serious minded only. The safety of our current guests is a high priority. Valid ID verification required prior to sign-on.

*Single Occupancy - This is not your primary residence, Food deliveries permitted.

All who enter must be registered with the owner, law abiding, honorable, and respectful within and to all guests, the owner, and neighbors in the community. No exceptions! This is a place of rest and study for the progressive professional.

No loitering and soliciting. Jacuzzi and pool area access for entertainment. No glass permitted but food and drink are.

Car registration includes WhatsApping the following information to the owner: state registered, non-commercial vehicle’s make, model, color at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Park in yellow-marked ‘guests’ spots and DO NOT BACK IN PLEASE. Owner is not responsible for towing due to non-compliance. Towing company contact info is on the signage at the exit/entrance gate.
